Peter Goll began immediately after high school in his first full-time position as a consultant. Since then he has worked in management, sales and organisational development in companies, public institutions and organizations.

GOLL IMPACT has a variety of tools and methods to develop especially the knowledge-producing part of the organisation. Focuses is on developing the individual leader, employee and the organisation. The foundation of this work is on the development of the individual employee and manager competencies relationship building, communication and situational analysis. At the same time changes are facilitated and the sustainability of the changes are supported by the effect of several systemic and structural measures; for example, by supportive methodologies, customized templates and tools which each manager and employee can work with. And by ensuring clear link between incentives, values, goals and similar organization management tools.
