Organization and management

Peter Goll began working in his first full-time position as a consultant immediately after high school. Since then he has worked in management, sales and with organizational development in companies, public institutions and organizations.

GOLL IMPACT has a number of tools and methods to specifically develop the knowledge-producing part of the organization, while keeping focus on developing the individual leader, employee and the organization as a whole. This is done by developing the relationship building competencies of the individual employee and manager, as well as their skills within communication and situational analysis. A set of systemic and structural measures ensure the change and duration of the effect; for example, by introducing supportive methods, templates and tools that each manager and employee can work with – and by ensuring there is a clear link in between incentives, values, goals and other management tools in the organization.
