Many companies are led skillfully by management with normative values, incentives, regulations etc. But often these different tools are not updated or synchronized with each other or with the company’s strategy and objectives. Management tools are naturally often directed at the company’s core services, while all the supportive layers in the back office or in the support functions are not included and therefore not caught and guided by the existing tools. A lot of resources are wasted this way, because too many tasks have to start from the scratch due to the lack of developed processes, templates and systems.
